BETTER OFF TED Returns Tonight
A new episode airs tonight at 9:30/8:30c on ABC. This is definitely my favorite new show. Andy Richter Controls The Universe creator Victor Fresco has crafted a series that's hilarious, sweet, and consistently clever. Once the show finishes its summer run, it goes away until its second season launches in early 2010.

Go See MOON
Currently in limited release. It's smart sci-fi that's also heartbreaking drama. Sam Rockwell gives an amazing Oscar-worthy performance and the score by Clint Mansell is emotionally devastating. The less you know about the plot the better. It will easily make my top ten list this year.

TONIGHT SHOW WITH CONAN Premieres Tonight
The first episode of The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien premieres tonight at 11:35/10:35c on NBC. After more than three months away from nightly television, Conan O’Brien becomes the fifth host of NBC’s legendary talk show. Former sidekick Andy Richter replaces Joel Goddard as announcer and Max Weinberg expands the 7 to the Tonight Show Band. Will Ferrell is the first guest and Pearl Jam is the music. I'm glad to see Andy back.
